In this special issue of Psychology of Family and Education, we invite practitioners and researchers of mental health field to discuss crisis intervention as a support in the upbringing and education process.

In the multicrisis world there is a great need of the adequate and available support. Kindergardens, schools and universitates are perfect space to promote resilience and mental health. It is very important to build safe and stable education setting where children and youth can develop their mental health and stress coping strategies. Still, there is a great need of research in this field as well as evidence-based intervation. 

The special issue could be a platform of exchange information about knowledge and best practice on crisis intervention in education setting.
