We would like to invite you to the next meeting of the Language Lounge with a wonderful specialist - Katarzyna Kucharska-Louaar – a trained occupational therapist, cultural studies expert, educator in the field of Muslim religion, ambassador of interreligious dialogue Muslim and Jewish Leadership Council.

The topic of the meeting is:

"Is Islam foreign to us? History of Islam in Poland and traditions of Polish Tatars." - a brief introduction about Islam in Poland. We will look at the traditions surrounding births, weddings and funerals - rituals of the Polish Tatars.

Mrs. Katarzyna Kucharska-Louaar already conducted two lectures at the APS on Pillars of Islam and the Prophets. Both of the lectures were very enlightening and attended keenly by Participants. We had very fruitful discussions, so we believe the next meeting will also be very interesting.
