Helping one another - in the face of contemporary challenges, is the theme of our meetings within the framework of the international cooperation.
This year's meetings focus on the topics of:
- social assistance
- resocialisation
- youth work
- addictions
- persons with disabilities.
The stay includes visits to various centres in Warsaw working in in the abovementioned areas.
As part of the visit, a meeting was also held with the Vice-Rector for Development, Professor Anna Odrowąż-Coates. During the meeting discussions were held about expanding cooperation.
Previous collaborations
The Department of Resocialisation Psychopedagogy of the APS has collaborated with the Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaft und Kunst Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen Fakultät Management, Soziale Arbeit in Holzminden, Germany, since 2018.
Two study visits of students from the Maria Grzegorzewska University to Germany have taken place so far. The 2019 and 2022 meetings took place at the Evangelische Akademie in Loccum, in the form of an exchange of experiences and a conference. The organisation of these meetings was handled by the Academy in Loccum.
In 2020, students from Germany visited the Maria Grzegorzewska University for the first time. The second Polish-German meeting within the walls of the APS is currently underway.
