The stipend is 1500 PLN (approx.. 320 euro). It is initially granted for 5 months with possibility to extend if conditions are met. Candidates should be in Poland during the duration of their stipend. UNESCO stipend is meant to support your stay in Warsaw it does not elevate study fees if you are not a Polish resident or a refugee from Ukraine.

A transparent selection of candidates will be ensured by special committee. Successful candidates will be notified within 4 weeks from the decision about their acceptance to the MA pending all the required documents are delivered in good order.
If you do not qualify for the stipend you may opt for studying the first and the last semester online to cut down on your living costs or give yourself more time to apply for appropriate VISA. Successfully recruited candidates are entitled to student VISA. Our University provides a letter confirming your status as a student in Poland.

Candidates form Ukraine, who registered as refugees on or after 24.02.2022 are treated like Polish candidates, which means they can study for free* if they register and fulfil the recruitment criteria (*registration fee applies the same as for Polish students).
