On 8 December 2025, a working meeting concerning the development of cooperation under the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Maria Grzegorzewska University (APS) and Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) on 11 June 2025 was held at APS.

The meeting focused on discussing potential areas of academic, research, and teaching collaboration and on identifying directions for future joint activities. 

APS hosted representatives of NEIU: Prof. Russel Wartalski, Prof. Jolanta Jonak, Ed.D., Prof. Cristina Ciecierski, Ph.D., and Prof. George Tolczyk, Ed.D.

The meeting was organised by the APS Department of Media Pedagogy at the initiative of Dr Izabela Mikołajewska, with the support of APS authorities and the International Office. Representatives of several APS institutes also participated.

The meeting was held in an inspiring and constructive atmosphere, providing a strong foundation for long-term academic and educational cooperation.
